My name is MichelJoy DelRe and I am the president and chief spiritual officer of New Century Productions, Inc. where we “inspire visionary leaders in a changing world”. My purpose in writing this book is to have you become a member of our Millionaire Circle©

As a leadership coach and business consultant for 18 years, I’ve had an opportunity to lead training programs and hold private coaching sessions for thousands of small business owners and company managers. By and large, my clients are smart, capable people. That’s what you would expect from people who own a business.

Some of them are really brilliant. They didn’t ask me to coach them because they were deficient. They were looking for the kind of support that an Olympic athlete has from a coach, to see outside of her own viewpoint and to continuously operate at her peak performance. They were willing to be intruded upon, to have someone who doesn’t hold anything back, be as passionately committed to them as they are to their goals. The most important thing that they found was someone who listens to their soul, catches and re-energizes their vision, while holding them accountable for taking bold actions.

In our Millionaire Circle, we have clients from very diverse backgrounds, cultures, spiritual beliefs, kinds of businesses, levels of expertise, and financial prosperity. Some clients are just starting out. They bring a fresh viewpoint to the circle. Other clients are managing a staff. They bring a focus on relatedness, negotiation, and leadership skills. A few are focused on financial profitability while expanding as a global enterprise. They lead the conversation with specific financial numbers that elevate everyone’s overview of business.

For most clients, I am their first business coach and, in the beginning, they weren’t even sure why they should hire me. It doesn’t offend me when people are focused on how much it is going to cost. They haven’t experienced any value…..yet! And, quite often, they don’t know what they want. Once we define your intentions, you begin to have more clarity. Over the course of 6 months, I give you tools and practices that allow you to operate in greater degrees of clarity. From there, decision-making becomes much easier and more creative. You begin to see multiple possibilities for outcomes. You even begin to have more F-U-N with your business again! The goal is always to keep creating your business, and your life, as a game that you invented.
